That music is an educational discipline that enhances the intellectual and physical development of its students. That music is an art that inspires individual and collective expressions of creativity, thereby enhancing constructive social behavior. That music provides psychological and emotional consolation as well as personal growth for all participants. That in as much as the public school system of Los Angeles and private families may lack the funds or resources to benefit from music programs, Kadima Conservatory of Music, Inc. has been established as a non-profit organization to promote the musical arts.		The Kadima Conservatory of Music is founded to promote the appreciation, performance and instruction of classical and popular music. Kadima operates and maintains the following programs: On-going individual, orchestral and ensemble instruction Community and school concerts featuring the Kadima Orchestras and the Kadima String Quartet Classroom instruction and demonstrations Music education outreach Original music composition Music recording and publishing
